Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Processing times, among other things, include a comprehensive check of the integrity of the items in our warehouses to make sure you receive the highest quality products. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping prices and shipping estimate


The shipping fee for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can choose the delivery method of the package either by self-pickup at no extra charge, or with a courier to your home for an additional 40 NIS to the total amount of the transaction.

Pickup -

When choosing a self-pickup delivery method, you are given a number of nearby businesses in the areas from which you can pick up the package when it arrives. When the package arrives at the business you have chosen, you will receive a notification via text message to the phone you left when placing the order, asking you to come pick up the package. (Therefore, please double-check that the phone number you left is correct).

If it happened and you received a message to pick up the package, and it was not found at the business or alternatively you chose an area close to your home and the shipment was sent to another city, please contact the distribution company - Mailog at the email address info@mailogs.com - Mailog is the external delivery company responsible for taking out the shipment yours for distribution in case of self-collection. Please indicate in the email the problem and add the tracking number you received so that they can locate the package and solve the problem as quickly as possible

With the home delivery method, we will send you a courier who will deliver the package to you. Delivery confirmation and order tracking

In this case, we will ask you to contact them with the tracking number of your package that you received in the email.
